WELCOME BACK FIT FAMILY!

We are BEYOND EXCITED to finally be able to reopen.

As the government begins to reopen states around the country, I want to share our exact plans for reopening the studio. We can’t wait to see you all again … it feels like it’s been forever!

Your health and safety are our #1 priority, and every decision we’ve made has been guided by that premise.

Fight to Fitness (FTF) REOPENING PLAN

Phase I – June 1, 2020

Because our typical class size is more than 10 people, we will be repening with reduced class sizes and a limited schedule.  We are implementing CDC cleaning and social distancing guidelines

Our class schedule will be:

Phase II & Phase III – TBD

We plan to offer more classes, and increase class size during these phases.  Basically getting back to normal 😊 More details to come soon.

FTF NEW SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

Please help us keep everyone safe by following the below safety protocols. Thank you!

  1. Upon arrival to the gym, please stay within the designated staging area and observe the assigned positions for appropriate distancing. Our Coaches will invite you into the studio when we are ready to start your session. Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start of the session.

  2. Please bring with you a filled water bottle, sweat towel, and yoga mat.

  3. Prior to entering the studio, Coaches will check you into your session, disinfect the bottoms of your shoes and provide sanitizer for your hands

  4. Coaches will take the temperature of each member. Any member with a temperature over 99.5 degrees will not be admitted for class.

  5. After entering the studio, please go to the designated area (the WOD POD 😊) that has been set up for your bootcamp session.  Please bring with you all of your belongings and set them down in your training area.

  6. Each Wod Pod is 10’ x 10’ in size and will have the equipment for the workout, mats, and a foam roller. We are implementing a Stay In Place Protocol (see below) so we will not rotate to stations.

  7. If you need any modified equipment, do not retrieve it yourself. Please notify your Coach and they will be happy to assist you. There will be no trading of equipment with someone around you once you are in your 10×10.

  8. We will keep the studio well ventilated by opening the doors when appropriate.

  9. Restrooms will be for emergencies only. We want to minimize the number of touchpoints as possible and make sure all areas are disinfected. If it is an emergency and you need to use the restroom during your session, please observe the sanitation guidelines found inside the restroom. It is important that all surfaces touched are wiped down with the provided cleaning materials. If the restroom is in use, please wait in your training area until the restroom is available.

  10. At the conclusion of your session, please gather your personal belongings and use the provided hand sanitizer at the exit. You do not have to worry about sanitizing your area. Our team has a comprehensive sanitizing protocol that is followed after each session and at the end of each day.

  11. Following your session, please observe the social distancing guidelines and do not congregate closely with fellow FTF family members waiting in the staging area or other areas in the parking lot.

SESSION TIMES AND CLEANING

Sessions will begin on time, and anyone that arrives after the doors are closed will not be allowed entry to our strick check-in process that needs to be upheld for everyone’s safety.

Session times may be adjusted depending on the total number of clients to be trained and number of clients permitted (based on state regulation) in the studio at one time.

Because of the limited number of clients that will be allowed in at one time, we are implementing the following procedures:

How to reserve your sessions and cancel your reservations

  1. It will be essential that you book your session times in advance.

  2. Members will be limited to a 3 day a week in gym schedule:  Mon-Wed-Fri OR Tue-Thu-Sat

  3. You will be able to reserve your classes 7 days in advance

  4. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class and through the Zenplanner app.  No shows will incur a $10 no show fee

Each session will remain 30 minutes in duration. Following the conclusion of each session, the Coaches will follow the post session cleaning protocol (below) and thoroughly sanitize each station, all equipment used during the session, the restroom and all surfaces using the CDC recommended cleaning solution.  Here’s example:

Session Time: 6:00 am – 6:30 am

Clean and Sanitize: 6:30 am – 7:00 am

Our coaches and team will be washing their hands when they arrive and leave for at LEAST 20 seconds, and also throughout the day after each class or coaching session.

At the conclusion of each day, a thorough deep cleaning will take place of the interior space. All equipment, surfaces and restroom(s) will be cleaned and sanitized. See “End of Day Cleaning Protocol” below.

For those that feel safer at home, and on days you are not scheduled to workout in person, please choose one of our many recorded follow along workouts from Facebook to complete

STAY IN PLACE PROTOCOL

To reduce the risk of spreading the virus, we’ve updated our workout programming so you will be able to workout in your own dedicated space, and will not have to share equipment during your workout. All equipment needed will be in the WOD POD.

Should you need any equipment or exercise modifications, the Coach will make the adjustments, ensuring any equipment moving from one station to another, is first sanitized.

Please do not leave your training area during the session, unless you need to use the restroom. Please take the designated route to the bathroom as it ensures clients remain a minimum of 6 feet apart.

POST SESSION PROTOCOL

At the conclusion of each session, the Coaches will prop open the exit doors so you do not have to touch them. Please do not congregate in the parking lot or meet with anyone in the Staging Area.

Once all of our members have left, we will complete the following:

  1. Restroom – Clean all surfaces, mirrors, handles and any other area that may have been touched while using the restroom.

  2. Gym surfaces –  Wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant.

  3. Vacuum – Spray floor with disinfectant and vacuum.

  4. Disinfect equipment & Mats – Using disinfectant spray and a clean rag, thoroughly wipe down each piece of equipment at the client workout stations.

END OF DAY CLEANING PROTOCOL

Cleaning at the end of the day will include all of the Post Session Protocol, as well as a deep cleaning of the entire gym. This includes regular cleaning of doorknobs, handrails, front desk area, and any other surfaces or objects (ex. pens) that are touched throughout the day.

FTF CLIENT PREVENTION

We are in this together, and we need YOUR help as we reopen to keep our studio as safe as possible.

  1. Air High-Fives and Woohooooos!! As much as we LOVE high-fives in the studio, we’ll be doing air-high-fives for the time being.

  2. Hand Sanitizing: Please use sanitizer (provided to you by the Coaches) BEFORE and AFTER your workout.

  3. Keeping Equipment Clean: The equipment will be disinfected after each session by the coaches, and deep cleaned each evening by cleaning staff.

  4. Please Stay Home If You’re Not Well: If you’re not feeling 100%, please stay home and rest or participate in our ZOOM sessions until you are feeling better. (Our team will also be following this policy!)

  5. Please Avoid “Congregating” In Groups Before / After Class: We also are asking clients to avoid gathering in groups before, during, or after their workouts. Again, this is because of social distancing guidelines. If you arrive early for your workout, consider staying in your car until it’s time to come in.

Please know the above may change slightly if government recommendations change. Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate through the reopening.

We can not WAIT to see you again back in the studio!  As always, we’re here for you. If you have any questions or need anything, reach out any time.

Committed to Your Success,

– FTF COACHES #FTFStrong
